Policies & FAQ
Fine Art
Due to the nature of fine art, it tends to be more expensive than the home decor items I paint. I prefer to work on canvas or wood with acrylic paints, but paper is an option as well for drawing mediums. Pricing is determined by materials required plus time.
Home Decor
For home decor, I accept either pre-purchased items for repaint or you can request an item from inventory I already have. All of my natural wood pieces are sealed with Krylon kamar varnish. Pricing is determined by materials required plus time.
Damaged packages
Unfortunately, products sent via snail mail can occasionally arrive damaged. It's not uncommon for mail carriers to mishandle packages. Because of this, I cannot be liable for damages that occur in transit. However, I aim to package all of my products carefully and ensure that my products are made with durable material. Lost Packages
Contacting USPS directly is the most reliable option to find out about your lost package. Due to USPS's recent issues, please be patient and allow a few days of leniency before attempting to contact me or USPS. My email is always open for questions: oliviajthewordshaker@gmail.com.
