1. Try a different browser

If you're using a browser and you are continually getting the "shop.app is blocked" message, try accessing my website from another browser like Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge.

2. Copy + Paste the link

If changing browsers does not work, try copying the link at the top of the error page and pasting it into a new tab. On the pop-up page that displayed the "shop.app is blocked" error message, go to the URL search bar at the top of the page, highlight it, and then copy and paste it into a new tab in the same browser.

3. Access via mobile device

If the other two options fail, try accessing my website from a mobile device, like your phone or a tablet.
